FUNDRAISER: PARENT'S, WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT
On March 20th, we will begin a chocolate fundraiser. We are sending this out early so we can take advantage of the company’s early booking program. The funds raised will help to subsidize class trips and special events. The funds will also allow for the purchase of digital technology, sports equipment, and classroom and library materials. All our students will benefit if everyone contributes by selling at least one box.
We will be selling Laura Secord’s premium variety pack. We chose this product because of its quality and the very high profit it offers our school. This case contains 30 extra-large family-sized individually boxed bars, including six French mint, eight pure milk chocolate bars, six rice crisp bars, six toffee crunch bars, and four 70% cacao dark chocolate. Great for gifting and perfect for sharing. Each item sells for $5.00. The total retail value of the case is $150. Sixty dollars from each case sold remains at the school as our profit.
On March 20th, the chocolate will be sent home with each student who has returned the attached permission slip. We need families to return the form below by February 13th before the early booking deadline.
Our sale will run until April 11th. Please return $150 for your box as soon as you have sold your chocolates. Additional boxes will be given out upon request when you have returned $150 for the first box. Payment to ___________________ is required by April 11th.
*If you have paid online and would like an additional case, please print the payment receipt and send that to the school with a notation that you would like an additional case.

We’ll hold weekly draws for Lucky gnomes, one lb chocolate bars, and $10 Starbucks and McDonald’s gift cards. Turn your money in early for more chances to win!
Each complete box sold will earn the seller a chance to win our school’s grand prize draw for a $450 Amazon Gift Card, or $450 Great Wolf Lodge Gift Card – winner’s choice!
Our top seller will be awarded a $200 Gift Card to a store of the winner’s choice; The Second Seller will earn a $100 Gift Card.
Our top-selling class will be rewarded with a special treat, too!
