About Us

What is Lawfield HSA?

We are an independent, parent-driven organization committed to supporting public education and promoting the welfare of children and youth at Lawfield Elementary while striving to give parents an understanding of schools and to be informed, constructive partners with the educators and administration at our school.

Lawfield Home & School Association has been active since 2023 and is a proud member of the Ontario Federation of Home & School Associations (OFHSA), a province-wide network of dedicated members, is committed to informed and proactive involvement in our homes, our schools and our communities, to obtain “The Best for Each Student”. – the first provincial Home & School Federation in Canada which formed in 1916.

What Does Lawfield HSA Do?

The Home and School Association works independently to:

Organize events and activities to enrich the school community and raise additional funds for the school

   – Foster communication between the school and the parent community

   – Determine how fundraising dollars are spent.

So far this year we have planned or assisted in the planning of:

Open Day Activities (games, bouncy castles, snack tables, face painting and more)

The funds raised through these initiatives have been invested into the school, students and community.

How Can I Get Involved?
